Kate: I trained as an actress and have had a rewarding and varied theatre‚ film and TV career‚ but I also have ten years experience of working in assessment centres in banking, manufacturing, and management consultancy.

Chris: I spent four years with Ford Motor Company on a business management degree, worked in a West End advertising agency, worked as a chaplain in a prison, and am now head of drama at a well known drama school.

Gareth: I trained at the Birmingham School of Acting and in addition to theatre experience have qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute, Durham University Business School, NatWest and the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
